COST OF USE
The only cost of use is the data transfer cost your operator charges you.
The cost of use is at a low level, but the precise price is defined by your operator contract and by the precision of your phone screen. If the screen is precise, has more pixels, more data is downloaded and shown on the screen.
There is only little amount of data transfer which leads to a small bill. If you download only the basic forecast the data transferred is only about 1-2 kilobytes.
If you choose to download also the rain and cloud pictures, the data amounts to some tens of kilos.
If you download all the pictures, the amount of data is usually from 30 to 100 kilos, but can be up to 150 kilos if you have a very precise screen such as in Nokia E60, E70, N80, N90 or in Sony Ericsson S700 phone models.
